• Enrollment of 250 participants, across 100 sites, study wide
• Alliance Clinical Network Goal: Enroll 10 participants in 6 months

1. Strict inclusion/ exclusion criteria: Identifying participants who met the specific criteria to enroll into one of the two study populations: Biologic-experienced patients vs. biologic-naïve.
